The emphasis of this course is on executing focused and tightly controlled paid and unpaid campaigns for awareness, sales & leads, customer service, recruitment, crisis management, event support or advocacy. Whatever you're setting out to achieve through your social media presence.

The course will be useful if you have responsibility for the formulation of a social media strategy or the need to present an internal business-case; or maybe you’re currently outsourcing your socials and you’d like to reappraise what you’re getting for your investment. Four themes are explored:

Google Analytics Essentials

Level: Intermediate/ Advanced
Duration: One day

This is NOT a technically driven course. Yes, we will be looking at different set-ups to get familiar with the key Google Analytics features and where they're sitting, but fundamentally this is a business course to help improve the business effectiveness of your website.

It is a course prerequisite that GA already be installed on your website, blog or app, and that you have at least a basic familiarity with the GA interface. If you are already a regular GA user there will be plenty of new insights and power-tips to take away.

The course program includes introductions to Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and keyword ranking tools.
